In a bid to strengthen his side's Play-Off bid in League Two, Paul Buckle has signed Ipswich Town striker Ronan Murray on loan until the end of the season.
Ronan has represented the Republic of Ireland at youth level and made his debut for the Tractor Boys in the South West earlier in the season against Exeter City in the Carling Cup. He was on the score sheet as Ipswich defeated the Grecians 3-2.
One person who played a key role in brokering the deal was former Gulls assistant manager Steve McCall, who is currently employed as Chief Scout at Portman Road.
