After attracting interest from Premiership side Fulham, Plymouth Argyle starlet Jack Stephens has opted to stay with the Pilgrims.
Jack, who hails from Torpoint, stated that he wished to continue learning his trade at Home Park.
He is the second Argyle youth product to turn down a move away from Home Park this year after Joe Mason rejected a £300,000 deal offered by Swindon Town in January.
