I am sad to report that Exeter City striker Adam Stansfield has passed away following his recent battle with bowel cancer.
Adam had been a key member of the Grecians side that won back to back promotions under Paul Tisdale and also helped Yeovil Town win promotion to the Football League under Gary Johnson in 2003.
I would like to pass on sincere condolenses to his wife, family and friends at this time.
