Exeter City's Wembley dreams are very much alive after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Brentford in the Southern Area Final first leg of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy at Griffin Park.
A first half strike from Jamie Cureton gave the Grecians the lead before the Bees levelled in the second period through former City loanee Gary Alexander.
This result puts the Grecians in the driving ahead of the return leg at St James Park.
