Plymouth Argyle manager John Sheridan and striker Lewis Alessandra have both been nominated for the Npower League Two manager and player of the month awards for February 2015.
Over the course of the month, Sheridan guided the Pilgrims to four wins from five games, which included wins over Accrington Stanley, Wycombe Wanderers, Cambridge United and Exeter City, prior to Saturday's defeat against Bury.
Alessandra found the back of the net in three of those victories - against Accrington, Wycombe and Cambridge - and has generally been impressive throughout.
Sheridan last won the league's monthly managerial gong for March 2013, which also coincided with Jason Banton winning the player's equivalent - could lightning strike twice for the Argyle boss?
